JDS Filings was founded with a simple goal: to make starting a business easier for entrepreneurs.

When I started my first ventures, I had no idea what an LLC was, what a corporation did, or why a registered agent even mattered. Like many new entrepreneurs, I was excited to build something but overwhelmed by the paperwork and legal terminology that comes with starting a company.

Around the age of 15, I began working with a small business attorney who helped me understand how business entities actually work and why they are important. That experience changed the way I approached business. It also showed me how confusing the process can be for people starting out.

JDS Filings was built to solve that problem.

Instead of forcing entrepreneurs to navigate complicated government websites or expensive legal services just to get basic filings done, we created a service that makes business formation simple, clear, and accessible.

JDS Filings is founded and operated by Noah Jorgensen, an entrepreneur and real estate professional based in Southeast Texas.

Through work in real estate and property management, Noah saw firsthand how often business entities are used — and how frequently they are misunderstood. Many business owners were either paying far too much for basic filings or struggling to get clear answers from large online services.
